Angkor Soaps® hopes to reverse this trend and bring us back to our roots and the wholesome embrace of nature. Committed to giving only the best of nature to our customers, we pride ourselves in making only the purest soaps from Cambodian botanical.

Although Angkor Soaps® is a young company that was only formed in April 2007, we are driven by a dynamic vision that is focused on corporate responsibility – to harness the abundance of Cambodian botanical therapies inherent in nature and pass on this caring healing touch to humanity.

When it comes to our flagship handcrafted soap, we choose only the best local ingredients so as to expose consumers to the real benefits of Cambodia’s natural resources which they would otherwise know little of. Angkor Soaps® hopes to be the bridge that can enable the world to have a better understanding of Cambodia as not just a war-torn country but also the home to nature’s wholesome healing therapies. For example, Cambodian coffee is relatively unheard of but it is one of the strongest forms of coffee beans available. By using these beans in our Mondulkiri Coffee Body Soap, consumers will be able to reap the full benefits of the finest ingredients that would not be available elsewhere. Cambodian lemongrass and ginger, which find their way into our signature soap collection, are also some of the unique local herbs imbued with wondrous healing properties.

Turn to the wholesome botanical ingredients used in our spa products and you would find an exotic range specially selected to ease the body and mind. Our essential oil blends present the best of natural extracts and we hope to spread this scent-sational experience to the bountiful chains of massage hubs and spas that can be found in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. At present, most of these spas are purchasing their oils and soaps externally, most commonly from Thailand. Angkor Soaps® aspires to fill this gap in both the supply and creative aspects by always innovating and spearheading the new syntheses of natural products for the enjoyment of everyone, from retailers to end consumers.

Suffice it to say that we are not just another soap-making company but a conscientious enterprise that is always in touch with nature and rooted in the principles of corporate social responsibility. Through the making of our handcrafted products, we aim to create various forms of employment opportunities for Cambodians to achieve financial stability and a better, more independent life. Through our organic farming practices, we aim to leave a legacy of hope and joy in the abundance of Mother Nature for generations to come.
